The Experience

The Budapest Segway tour is organised in small groups, making it interactive and personal and giving you the opportunity to get to know your guide and ask questions. The tour starts with a 5-10 minute orientation session. You will have time before you set off to practice on the Segways so you feel comfortable enough to explore Budapest on one!

You will visit the following sites: Heroes’ Square, Art Hall, Museum of Fine Arts, City Park Boating Lake and Ice Rink, Vajdahunyad Castle, Exhibitions of Hungarian Agricultural Museum, Statue of Anonimus, Koós Károly lane, Széchenyi Thermal Bath and Swimming Pool, Capital Circus of Budapest, Opera House, Vörösmarty Square, Danube Promenade, Széchenyi Square, Grasham Palace, Chain Bridge, Parliament, Liberty Square and Basilica.

Vital Information

You must be of 10 years or over.

Unfortunatley, pregnant woman are not able to participate.

The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing over 280 pounds (130 kilograms).

Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance.

The Weather

This tour runs in all weather conditions.

Session Length

2 hours plus training time.

Numbers

The group is generally no bigger than 6 participants.

Spectators

Spectators will have to purchase their own ticket.

You should dress weather appropriate.

No children under 10 years of age or 40 kg are permitted on this tour. Parents must sign liability wavier forms for younger participants under the age of 18 years. Confirmation for this product will be received at time of buying. Riders must have the ability. The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing over 280 pounds (130 kilograms). Anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to ride and forfeit their right to do the tour, without refund. Unfortunately, pregnant women cannot participate in this activity. Insurance requires everyone to complete a liability waiver.
