Learn how to make artisanal gelato from scratch in a step-by-step process, in which you'll be the chef, not just a spectator. First you'll be introduced to the gelato universe, learning the importance of choosing quality ingredients with an eye to fresh fruit and organically-produced food. Then you'll be given an apron so you'll be ready to start preparing your gelato first hand.

This lesson will take one hour approximately and will take place in authentic laboratory of a real gelato shop owned by a certified gelato chef. Your chef will teach you how the gelato machines works and will explain the differences with a home gelato machine.

At the end of the lesson you'll have samples of gelato, especially your own preparations, and you'll be given the recipes you learned as a souvenir so you can make gelato again on your own.
