The Experience
This experience lets you handle a JCB 3CX with expert support.
The JCB Driving Experience gives you a structured introduction to one of the most recognised machines in construction. Your session begins with a clear safety briefing, and the instructor talks you through the controls so you understand how the JCB behaves before you start driving. This calm approach helps you settle into the cab and gain confidence as you prepare for the practical part of the lesson.
Once the engine starts, you begin to move the machine and feel how the loader responds to small adjustments. The instructor guides you as you practise driving and turning in a controlled space, which helps you build a steady rhythm. You then move on to digging and shifting earth, and this part of the session gives you a clear sense of how the backhoe performs under pressure.
Each park offers a safe layout for training, and you can choose from locations in Kent, Devon, Durham or Yorkshire.
The experience takes place outdoors, so suitable clothing is important, and you may get muddy during the session. Your booking also includes free admission for one guest on days when the park is open to the public.

Important Information
You must be 17 or over to take part. Max height is 6'4" and max weight is 20 stone.

The Weather
This experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions (e.g. heavy snow, flooding, high winds) which would make the experience dangerous. If this is the case, your experience can be rebooked. If in any doubt, call us or the venue on the morning of your experience.
Session Length
Your experience will last for approximately 90 minutes.

Availability
Available at any time subject to date and daylight hours on a one to one basis, from February through to October.
What To Wear
Please bring sensible leisure clothes and flat shoes and a towel. A change of clothing is a good idea because your experience will be held outdoors and you will probably get muddy and dusty.
