Discover the secrets of the French pastry with a local chef in their private cooking space. The cooking class is structured for small groups in order to provide an intimate experience and promote friendly interaction with your host. It will be taught in English and will be a great opportunity to have a glimpse into the French culture and taste delicious homemade pastries. The exact recipes your host selects can vary, but you can expect to prepare one or two different desserts. Learn to make a French classic chosen by your host, from tarte Tatin (upside-down caramelized apple tart) to molten chocolate fondant to addictive madeleines. Put on an apron and prepare to measure, mix, boil and bake under the expert eyes of a local chef. And when the oven timer goes off, taste your delicacies with a cup of coffee or tea.
